The renovation of this exquisite building was executed by architects David and John Marquette. Luminous and open, it is a pale, modern volume of great visual compact, based on the image of the Zanotta Shop in Milan, Italy. The floors within the space are made of resonated cement, and the striking ceilings create a loft-gallery effect with bold architectural details.
